Social Media Policy
East Japan Railway Foundation for Cultural Innovation, has established the following attitudes and behaviors that must be observed when operating its official social media accounts.
Purpose of this Policy
This policy sets out the attitude and behavior that the Foundation's officers, employees, and all other parties involved in the Foundation's business must observe in order to build good communication with you through social media.
The attitude and actions that the Foundation must adhere to

- (2) We will be responsible for the information we send out and how we respond, and will be careful not to cause misunderstanding or offense.

- (4) We will refrain from posting content that includes privacy or personal information.
- (5) I understand that once information is made public, it cannot be completely deleted and will remain in the public domain.

- Compliance with various laws and regulations
- (1) We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and in particular, will not engage in any acts of infringement of copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, defamation, or other rights.
- (2) When quoting content, articles, etc., the source and quoted parts must be clearly indicated.
- (3) We will monitor and strive to understand the status of compliance with this policy at all times.
